Predators of the Amargosa Toad

Large long legged birds such as Herons and  Whiteface Black Ibis are just some of the predators to the Amargosa Toad.    Bullfrogs are also an aggressive predator. Last Year a flock of Black Ibis totally annihilated one area of toad habitat during their spring migration.
